Allows the repair of the tire without removing it from the vehicle and saves you from having to pull the spare off the vehicle. Self-vulcanizing plugs are the key to our kit.

We start off with a 7.75 inch extra-long plug that can be used for the most extremely applications like a heavy-duty off-road tire or can be trimmed to accommodate a passenger car tire.

This kit gives you flexibility either way and your better off having more than not enough.

If upon determination by Overland Vehicle Systems that the Tire Repair Kit is defective.

Overland Vehicle Systems will replace without charge, with an equivalent kit to the original purchaser according to the instructions supplied with the kit, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence.

This warranty will not cover any labor charges incurred in installation, removal, replacement or repair, transportation cost or any consequential damages, which might be caused by the product.
